In March 1986 the inventory was created by madam Mr. E. Groeneveld-Ottow.
Inventory numbers 265-304 were created by Hubert Berkhout in May 2012.
In February 2016 the rubric categorisation was changed by drs. R.C.C. Pottkamp so that the structure reflects the structure in the Guide for the Jewish Council for Amsterdam. This change came forth from a project financed by the Rothschild Foundation Europe for describing and digitising archives of Jewish Councils in Europe. At the same time the introduction was expanded and an extensive historical context was added.
