The most important departments of the Jewish Council were located in three buildings. The office of chairmen Asscher and Cohen was in room 101 on Nieuwe Keizersgracht 58. The offices of the General Secretary and General Advisor were also housed here. The department of Expositur was located on the Jan van Eyckstraat 15, 19 and 21. A building on the Lijnbaansgracht 366 housed the Beirat, the department of support for departees and the department for Immigration. Numerous other offices, district bureaus, warehouses and subdivisions were spread across dozens of locations in the capital.
